Fontis comes into existence after Incorporation at Companies House

We received confirmation this week that Fontis was Incorporated at Companies House on Sunday 11th October (yes Sunday!).
So, we are a Company Limited by Guarantee, a standard form of company for Social Enterprses, and have a defined social purpose bound into our Articles of Asociation, asset locks and the normal legal structures of a Social Enterprise.
We shall publish for comment our proposed Governance Structure (which is a separate document not forming part of our Articles) and our Membership proposals elsewhere on this site in the next few days.
